Please send us a photo of the middle section of the vehicle registration certificate (Part 1) or the vehicle title (Part 2), as we need the exact model and year of manufacture. We will then check if it's feasible and determine the price.

Schedule an appointment

Please make an appointment. The best way to do this is by phone or by stopping by the store to schedule an appointment.

Keep an appointment

Please bring your vehicle, all keys you have for the vehicle, your ID card, and the vehicle registration documents (and a power of attorney, if applicable) to your appointment.

Duplicate Car Keys

We usually need your vehicle at our location for two hours; the key will be cut and programmed (paired with your car).

Try It & Take It Home

We test the finished key right away. The job isn't complete until everything works.

Wenn ich könnte würde ich hier ne 10 Sterne Bewertung geben. Vorab, ich bin kein Bekannter oder Verwandter des Inhabers, der hier eine Rezension schreibt. Alles hat sich wirklich so abgespielt. Meine beiden Funkschlüssel für meinen Octavia waren defekt, wovon der Zweitschlüssel erst wenige Monate alt war. Skoda Leipzig, die den zweiten Schlüssel gemacht hatten, teilten mir mit dass ich 2 komplett neue Schlüssel brauche und dass ein hoher 3-stelliger Betrag fällig wäre. Natürlich abgelehnt, ohne Vorkenntnisse zu Schlüsseldienst Seiler, Schlüssel abgegeben. Ich bin gerade aus dem Laden raus, 30m die Straße runtergefahren, eingehender Anruf: Schlüssel fertig/ bitte dreh nochmal um. Getestet, beide funktionieren. Ich werde ab heute mit derartigen Problemen nur noch hierhin fahren. Ich danke euch sehr und bin froh, dass es noch solche Experten und netten Menschen gibt. Bis Bald, euer neuer Kunde.

Ausgesperrt, Essen auf dem Herd, Hund in der Wohnung, späte Uhrzeit; also absoluter worst case. Der Mitarbeiter kam super schnell an, hatte direkt die Tür aufbekommen und war extrem freundlich. What should I do if I've lost all my car keys?

Have you lost all the keys to your car? If so, we can help you—at least for some vehicle models, including Mercedes models from model years 2003–2013, Mercedes Sprinter & Viano through 2016, and Ford vehicles (Transit, Fiesta, Focus, Mondeo, Courier, Puma, S-Max, C-Max, Ranger…, VW, Seat, and Skoda from model years 2001–2006. Other manufacturers such as Fiat, Peugeot, Citroën, Opel, BMW, Jeep, Chrysler, Renault, Hyundai, and Kia are available upon request.).
Prices start at 350 euros within Leipzig

The car key will be programmed on-site at your car (Leipzig) (immobilizer & remote control). Therefore, shipping is not possible.

Can I have a car key duplicated without the original?

In some cases, yes—using the key number listed on the vehicle registration certificate. With modern transponder keys, however, the vehicle itself is required for programming.

What do I need to bring?

Original keys (if available), ID card, and vehicle registration certificate (Part I). For newer vehicles, also the vehicle title (Part II).

How long does it take to recreate this?

Simple transponders take 60–120 minutes. More complex systems can take 2–3 hours. We’ll give you an estimate when you call.

Is a duplicate key just as secure?

Yes—the transponder is programmed into your vehicle's computer. Other keys will not work with it. The security features are identical to those of the original.

What's the difference between this and keyless entry?

Keyless entry opens the car without pressing a button. These systems are more complex—give us a call, and we'll check whether we support your model.

Does this work for older vehicles, too?

Yes—for vehicles without a transponder, we mill a mechanical blank. It's quick and affordable (starting at €8).
